So lately, I've been indulging myself a lot and began wondering about guilty pleasures. Everyone has them. For me, they include:
* watching HSN or QVC for over an hour while they sell cosmetics... my fav is Adrien Arpel. I always cringe as she slaps her 80s makeup on the poor models faces. WHY does she never put makeup on their nose??? For the love of god, COVER THEIR NOSE!
* plowing through a tub of ice cream or a chocolate bar (LOVE Godiva, Sees, and Cadbury) by myself
* reading cheesy chick lit (pretty much everything by Jane Green) or cheesy books in general (I'm reading Twilight right now)
* watching Saturday morning cartoons that I'm WAY too old for (what can I say? Ninja Turtles still rock. Although they no longer have that sweet van that shoots pizzas anymore.)
and sometimes they can be as simple as enjoying a really great cup of coffee or tea and indulging in a two hour long phone conversation with a friend, or just zoning out and forgetting about responsibilities for a while. Like they say, it's the little things in life that count.

Skittles are my ultimate guilty pleasure XD;; I know they're bad for me (being mostly sugar and all) but I love them!

other guilty pleasures soap operas! if i miss it, I'll catch teh re-run at night on soapnet
and a ton of food:)
ps loved Jemima J. i think it's her best novel
LMAO at the Adrien Arpel thing! XD And is it me or does she apply makeup on those models like she wants to tug their skin off?! Damn, the Ninja Turtles don't have that van anymore? Hmmmrph.
P.S Nothing wrong with being born in the year of the Rat! You peeps are usually super ambitious and hard working. :D
Oh girl...I love my TRASH TV! I am in love with my reality shows on VH1 or MTV...Tough Love and Jersey Shore...shoot me now :P

my guilty pleasures mostly include food. hahaa! i'm a big fan of junk food... burgers, pizzas, asian foods... all fooods! love it all! haha! can't wait to read more from your blog :)
mm I love skittles, but eating too many makes my tongue peel LOL. I have a huge sweet tooth :D And yeah no kidding about John Mayer eh!? that guy's so full of himself!
LOL I love your guilty pleasures. Haha mine are staying home wearing my favorite hoodie and watching re-runs of Gilmore Girls. Haha my husband gets mad everytime he sees my sweater! =P
As for the sleek palettes, they are pretty good I've been rocking them for a few days. I'll be posting a proper review on them in a couple of days.

haven't read anything by jane green, yet, but i plan to. and i really enjoyed the twilight series...so much so that i finished all 4 books in a week. haha
